Questions, answered.

What's the difference between fixed data and unlimited?

Fixed data plans give you a set amount of data, from 1GB to 100GB, to use within the plan's validity. Unlimited plans run from 1 to 30 days, depending on the destination, and include 2GB a day at full speed; after that, data continues at reduced speed until the next day.

Will my phone work?

You need a phone that supports eSIM and is not locked to a carrier. Most recent iPhone, Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel models do.

How do I get my eSIM?

After checkout we email you a QR code with installation instructions. You can install it before you travel.

When does my plan start?

Your plan starts when you first connect, not when you buy.

Does it include calls or texts?

No. IBNFLY eSIMs are for mobile data only. You can keep your usual SIM for calls and texts.

Can I keep my number?

Yes. Your existing SIM stays in your phone, so you keep your number while using IBNFLY for data.
