Terms & Conditions

Who we are
IBNFLY is a trading name of IBNFLY LIMITED. IBNFLY LIMITED is registered in England and Wales, company number 17521691. The registered office is 73 Bucklane, Wembley, NW9 0AH, United Kingdom. VAT registration is unverified. VAT registration and live merchant verification are pending. This private test is not public checkout. Support: hello@ibnfly.com. Website: https://ibnfly.com.
These terms are between you and IBNFLY LIMITED. The store you use is branded IBNFLY. That brand name does not change the company you contract with.
What we sell
IBNFLY sells travel eSIM products. A destination may offer an Unlimited Data plan, a Fixed Data plan, or both. The price is shown before payment.
An Unlimited Data plan is sold for a travel period. It includes unlimited mobile data for that plan period, as described for the plan, on a compatible device, and where a network is available. A network or provider may apply fair-use or traffic-management conditions. These terms do not set a numerical fair-use limit. They do not promise a maximum speed, 5G, continuous network availability, or that hotspot or tethering is included.
A Fixed Data plan is sold with a stated data allowance and a stated validity period.
The eSIM is delivered electronically. There is no plastic SIM to collect. You need a compatible, unlocked, eSIM-capable device. IBNFLY does not check your handset for you.
Coverage, speed and availability depend on local mobile networks and on your device. IBNFLY does not own or operate those destination networks, and we do not promise a particular speed or that every location will have a signal.
How an order is made
Browsing plans does not create a purchase. You select the destination, the plan type, and the travel dates or duration. Where the plan is Fixed Data, you also select the data allowance. You then enter the email address that should receive the eSIM.
Payment is taken by Stripe on Stripe’s checkout page. IBNFLY treats the order as paid when Stripe confirms that the payment has succeeded. We do not treat the return from Stripe, on its own, as proof of payment.
After payment is confirmed, provisioning normally begins automatically. That means we normally send the order to our eSIM supplier without asking you to take another step. You can ask us to start that supply before the end of the statutory cancellation period by using the confirmation on the checkout page. The wording of that confirmation is stored with the order.
What you need to do
You are responsible for:
- entering an email address you can access;
- selecting the correct destination, the appropriate plan type, and the appropriate travel dates or duration;
- where you select a Fixed Data plan, selecting the appropriate data allowance;
- using a compatible, unlocked, eSIM-capable device;
- following the installation instructions supplied with the order;
- turning on the correct eSIM for mobile data, and data roaming where your phone asks for it;
- keeping the QR code, SM-DP+ address and activation code private, and not sharing them so that someone else can install the eSIM.
Install the eSIM only on the phone you intend to use. We do not claim that the supplier technically limits the eSIM to a single installation, because our order record does not prove how many times a handset has installed it.
Digital supply and cancellation
The eSIM is digital content supplied electronically. If you expressly request immediate supply during the statutory cancellation period, and you acknowledge the consequence on the checkout page, we may begin supply immediately after payment is confirmed.
Where that request and acknowledgement have been given, and supply of the digital content has begun, the statutory right to cancel that digital-content contract can be lost. That does not remove rights which the law does not allow us to take away. Those rights include rights where the eSIM is faulty, not as described, or not supplied correctly.
These terms are not a “no refunds” rule. How a refund request is reviewed is set out in the Refund Policy.
If something goes wrong
Email hello@ibnfly.com promptly if provisioning fails, the installation details do not arrive, the eSIM appears defective, or the service you bought does not work as described. Include your order ID, the email used to buy, the destination, and a short description of the problem. You do not need to send your card number, the QR code, or the activation code.
Liability
We are responsible for supplying the eSIM you bought, with reasonable care. We are not responsible for the day-to-day performance of destination mobile networks that we do not operate, or for a device that cannot install an eSIM.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that the law does not allow us to exclude. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in another part of the United Kingdom, or in another country, you keep any mandatory consumer protections of the place where you live that the law says we cannot take away.
We do not require you to use arbitration.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future purchases. The version and date at the top of this page are the version in force for a new order. An update does not rewrite the terms that applied to a purchase you have already completed, except where the law requires a change.
The version you accept at checkout is stored with that order. See also the Privacy Policy.
